After all that fuss, the check didn't even show up.

I filed our taxes on time. I designated that we'd like our stimulus check direct deposited. But it did not show up.

Not that it wouldn't have gone directly into my investment account, but still, I can't spend what I don't have, Uncle Sam! And funny, none of the related Web sites tell me what I should do if I do not receive my check.

I read somewhere that the checks would be sent according to the following timetable (which I duly copied and saved):

If the last two digits in your Social Security number fall within the following ranges, you can expect your rebate check by the following dates:

00-09 May 16
10-18 May 23
19-25 May 30
26-38 June 6
39-51 June 13
52-63 June 20
64-75 June 27
76-87 July 4
88-99 July 11

Hell I filed an amended income tax return to have our combat income considered for the stupid check and when you check with the IRS it says we did not make enough money for the stimulus check.....I mean we had zero income this past year, deployed from Jan to Apr, 15 months and we were told to file an amended income tax return.....and so we did, way ahead of the checks but we still did not get it.....so who knows....

I hope you get yours....the whole thing is messed up in light of the fact that anyone deployed is being overlooked for this.
