I guess that's the thing. It does *seem* like he's guilty. He's had a past history of marrying an underage female that he had a sexual relationship with and also had charges made against him that were later dropped by the alleged victim.
The jury says they didn't feel there was enough to convict without a reasonable doubt. And I guess, with what evidence was discussed, I can see that. But I still find the whole thing really interesting.
When a soldier is packing up for a mission, he is often instructed to leave all non-essential equipment behind. This includes a soldier's family.

I feel like I've missed something on this one. I know nothing about this trial other than the fact that everyone seems to think he did it.
