Can someone explain to me...

...why the new Major promotion list for the Army Competitive Category is delayed? Anyone? Anyone?

It's driving me more than a little crazy.

When we were waiting to hear about Stretch's last promotion, it was supposed to come out around Christmas. That was horrible enough, but it kept getting delayed. Eventually, it came out over a week after he deployed, in late February.

The promotion board before that was similar. It also kept getting pushed back.
