I am seriously curious to what the next year of the Presidency might hold without you, though. Will things change much without Rove around? Maybe his influence was exaggerated.
I wish he had left in handcuffs, but at least he is leaving. Though I agree with you, I am not sure what kind of impact (if any) his departure will have on this lame duck presidency.
He's the worst thing to happen to the Republican party in years, IMO - decades, even. As a liberal, I'm ok with that legacy, but I have no idea why the Republicans seem to like him so much.
At least we still have "bust a cap in your ass" Cheney around, in case we need a dose of pure evil.
When a soldier is packing up for a mission, he is often instructed to leave all non-essential equipment behind. This includes a soldier's family.
